Danka Napiorkowska

Danka Napiorkowska lives and works on the edge of a pretty green valley not far from the historic fishing ports of Port Isaac and Padstow, North Cornwall. Her colourful pastels mirror the rich harvest of the sea: lobsters and crabs, scallops and oysters, sardines and mackerel.

Danka is also a painter for the garden, her flower portraits bringing their very character and spirit into the gallery and home. Parrot tulips, pansies and nasturtiums are just some of her subjects. These are joyous pictures, a real celebration of colour.

Recently she has introduced a range of fish/shellfish decorated bone china. This delightful tableware is available at selected events in Cornwall or direct from her studio. Danka also continues to design and produce decorative tiling, larger tile murals for commercial properties and smaller panels for the kitchen and bathroom.
